Review of BLT at Grumpy & Runt | Little Deli & Donuts by simonel

As usual, Grumpy and Runt delivers another delicious meal.
BLT bagel ~ filled with seitan beef, lettuce, tomato and vegan mayo.
I don't know how they make their seitan but it's always so soft and delicious. I'm not usually a massive fan of seitan but they definitely know what they're doing
