Review of Burdock herbal noodle soup at Nature Cafe by plantbasedlifestyle

An impromptu order fron Nature Cafe because my family decides to order instead of cooking. I decided to get a lighter dinner this time round because of the crazy weather recently. Having tried their spicy noodles before, this is much lighter in taste. The soup was very herby and the portion of veggies was pretty okay. It came with sone burdock patty? as well which was the star of the dish. Soup might look bland but dont be fooled - it was pretty rich in herbal taste. It would be nice if they add more protein like silken tofu to it. That said, I have enjoyed the dishes from this restaurant so far and would look to forward to trying out more.
