Seared Watermelon Steak at POP Vegan — moosewong's Review (Apr 1, 2021)

I dragged my family to one of the only fully vegan restaurants in HK for my birthday dinner😆 This watermelon steak was amazing! It doesn't taste like meat as much - instead, it was more like sashimi, but still, so cool that watermelon could be so versatile. My mom couldn't even tell what she was eating. It's a bit pricey for a starter but really worth it for a unique dish, and it's healthy and refreshing too :)
