I think I just found the perfect brand concerning the vegan cheeses. This is the same of the parmesan one so I couldn't expect less.
This vegan Stracchino is simply flawless. Same extra soft texture and same mix of sour cream plus sweet-salty aftertaste. Unbelievably delicious. I simply love it!
