This has become one of my favourite vegan products ever lately because it's very easy to do and it's great to fill sandwiches!
It's like cotoletta alla milanese (milanese cutlet), with soy and wheat plus spices and peas proteins and tastes basically like breaded chicken, same fibrous texture and softness.. but without a true chicken and all its sufferings and corpse inside, which makes it way tastier and cruelty-free!

I don't know you but even before I'd decided to go vegan, I've always found the cooked meat smell quite nauseating, and that sensation increased with time, since I found out what kind of tortures and merciless origins it had... Now I don't dislike vegan food resembling animal derived flavours, but I surely prefer some more original veg aroma in my dishes, just to avoid getting the unpleasant thought of chewing a previously living creature while eating!
