Margarita Pizza (Sub For Vegan Mozzarella) at Pizzeria Libretto — mparsram's Review (Mar 25, 2021)

Got this delicious margarita pizza, veganized with their insanely tasty vegan mozzarella, and added arugula, artichoke, and olive. But the big time move here is adding my own cut up Impossible Burger on top -- they have the option to add Impossible crumble but I tend to like lots more than they provide so I add from my own supply. Big dawg moves. A great bonus is their delicious chilli oil that comes with your order for drizzlin' and dippin'. Wooooo!

That sauce? YUM!
That crust? YUM!
That cheese/basil? YUM!
Arugula/Artichoke/olives? YUM!
That lil cup o' chilli oil? YUM
Big dawg custom Impossible play? YUM!


This dish has become a bi-weekly staple and even if its essentially their only vegan option at the moment (aside from their vegetarian pie where you sub for the vegan mozz), they definitely do it right.
