Loving Hut

This consisted of meaty batter-fried chunks of soy protein, bell peppers, pineapple, carrots, onions, sautéed with a delightful homemade sweet and sour sauce that was full of flavor.  The soy protein was a truly divine replacement for the 🐷 or 🐔 conventionally used in this dish.
