Fried Chik-n was our favorite dish!  We will go back to the restaurant for this!!
￼Menu description:
House made seitan chik-n, twice battered and fried. Nothing to do with Kentucky, which is a beautiful state, but our chick-n is fingerlickin' good! Comes with a side of BBQ sauce or Maple Mustard sauce or Ranch.
