Review of Chairman's Bubur Char-Char at EMPRESS by laureguilbaud

Disclaimer: dessert is not dessert for me if it doesn’t include chocolate. I had little hope I’d like this much when I ordered it (I ordered it as Empress doesn’t have vegan chocolate desserts, and the lovely waitress recommended it). Now let me tell you how wrong I was: this dessert is delicious, and I’m dreaming about it as I’m typing this review. It’s light, refreshing and a great way to end dinner. If you like coconut, go for it.
