I’d give this dish a 6/5 if I could. The “garlic sauce”, consisting of garlic, ginger, and black bean paste is honestly just too good to resist 🤭 The aubergines were also boiled to perfection, still maintaining a sturdy shell. I’d come back for just this dish with rice honestly 😂 #abillionwomen #roomtoread
