Trottole Tricolore - durum wheat pasta by Italiamo — Esther's Review (Mar 20, 2021)

True Italian Pride with these superb quality Trottole Tricolore ( Tricolour Spinning Tops ). Simple durum wheat flour for the "white", with the addition of tomato for the "red" and spinach for the "green". Pleasantly slightly callous texture which prevents the pasta to overcook. Buonissime! 😋
