Sunshine Cookie at Fermenter — pdxveg's Review (Mar 20, 2021)

This was made with oats, brown sugar, hazelnut butter, hazelnuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, and pepitas. Chewy with some crunch on the inside and with crispy edges, it was both tasty and nourishing. (Gluten-free)
