I don’t think I’ve ever had brussel sprouts on my toast before, but you know what, it’s true when they say ‘don’t knock it till you try it’. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the charred sprouts complement the creamy tahini butter slathered on a thick slab of crusty sourdough. I’m sure glad this cafe offers more than one vegan toast option!
