Review of 6 Vegetarian Chorizo & Red Pepper Sausages - Linda McCartney's by vegansuttonmama

I have to admit when we first tried these I wasn’t a fan, but I think that’s because we used them in place of the standard vegetarian sausages.
This time I used them to make this dish, chorizo paella, from the Linda McCartney’s website, and the taste was perfect with the rest of the dish.
