Happy St Patrick’s day!!☘️☘️🇮🇪I made a hearty Irish VEGAN stew for my family. My Nan makes the meat version for our family every time we visit Donegal but I always miss out. It feels great to have found a vegan alternative that took me straight back to my childhood!! I used ritchmond sausages and oyster mushrooms to substitute the meat and the broth was made from Guinness, mushroom stock and Bisto✨✨✨✨✨
