These crispy fish pieces (tofu) have a mild hint of what I can remember animal fish tasting like. That is okay with me because I was not a huge fish fan. Here is how chef Derick describes his fish (tofu): "Tempura style tofu is marinated in a flavorful wet batter featuring nori, lime and coarse black pepper. The sticks are then dipped in a paprika-panko dry batter. They’re finished with a flash fry in peanut oil until golden and crispy. Accompanied by the legendary JuJu’s fries in lieu of “chips."
