Maitake at Miyagi Ramen — ani's Review (Mar 15, 2021)

Phenomenal flavors! The maitake on the grill is superb!! Definitely reminds me of some of the delicious food I enjoyed when I lived in Japan. The sauce was incredible! I think this place could use a few more vegan options, and I always advocate
for a separate vegan menu, or a vegan section on the menu.
