Crunchy Mushroom Dimsums at Santé Spa Cuisine, Indiranagar — P V Sandeep's Review (Mar 14, 2021)

Containing white fungus, Shitake Mushrooms, Chestnuts and carrots. Served with soy sauce and a chilli dip I was expecting it to be more crunchier than it was. But we really liked the dish, the dim-sums were lite and delicate, and the subtlety of the ingredients was just 👌🏾.

Some of my favourite dim-sums brought out the best of flavours of all the fillings, and this dish almost did that.
