Review of Vegan Fried Chicken Sandwich at Stefano's Sandwiches by thealexrae

This new spot is getting allllllllll the buzz lately. It’s based out of Ufficio, the Italian restaurant with a whole plant based menu. I had to try the fried chicken everybody’s talking about. It’s really good! The bread is made in-house, crusty on the outside and super fresh, which is major🔑 to a great sammie for me. Really appreciate the pickles and chillies too 🌶 . The plant based chicken had that fried chicken texture just like the real deal. Maybe too much like the real deal for me? Maybe that’s just me, sometimes I’m just put off when it *feels* like chicken, anyone else get that 🤪😕? Anyways, great sandwich, worth the hype, will be back and try something else next time that’s truer to my vibe
