Review of Abalone with Broccoli at Zi Zai Vegetarian by wenxuan

The sauce was delicious (tastes slightly herbal, lightly salted) and the abalone had a nice, slightly chewy texture. Rated it lower because the broccoli is slightly undercooked? Quite uncharacteristic of Zi Zai, but I guess it happens!
