This was very delish... ☺😋 !
The ribbon noodles and the vegetables were firm to the bite (not hard, not dry) and clearly visible, and it wasn't over-seasoned - just right !
A lot of ingredients are in: ribbon noodles (hard wheat semolina), white cabbage, carrots, mung bean sprouts, sweet peppers, leeks, onions, corn...
I would buy it again ! 🍲
