Review of Bodhi Pfanderl at bodhi - veganes restaurant & bar by itsssklara

My favorite main dish of Bodhi‘s. The coating of the „Pfanderl“ is soo yummy - the spices are perfect and the consistency is so crispy! The dumpling is just as perfect as a typical Bavarian dumpling, you would never notice that it‘s vegan. The same applies to the sauce! I also love the red cabbage.
