Always impressed by the faux meat creations of Romeo and Vero, who are based in Woodstock.
Although it’s pricey (per kilo), it is pure QUALITY and is (believe it or not) 100% mushroom-based.
This means it is entirely soy-free. If you are not a fan of mushrooms (like me), rest assured, it doesn’t have the slightest mushroom-like quality in terms of taste or texture.
My personal favourite: their Chicken Kebabs.
