Rather a nice snack at my desk working the weekend shift. I ate quite a few before taking the snap for review though sorry, couldn’t resist. ✌️😝
Hand-cooked kumara crisps from Nelson, New Zealand. Gluten-free, GMO-free, dairy-free, and with no MSG added.
It states on the pack they are ‘suitable for vegetarians,’ despite consisting of simply, kumara, high oleic sunflower oil, and sea salt. Personally I felt a mention that they are also indeed, ‘vegan-friendly,’ would be a good move for accurate representation on the packaging.
I enjoyed the crunch and flavour, not too salty, not too bland. The kumara was a nicely different spin on the more-so regular potato crisp at $2.00 on special, also.
