This is the closest to heaven you can get. The texture is perfect and the flavor is INCREDIBLE. This one had a beautiful color and tasted even better! Such a unique flavor. Andy makes some of the BEST vegan cheesecakes you will EVER try!. All his slices are topped with his handmade whipped cream.
