Stir Fried Green Been at Trendy Vegan — VeggieAssassin's Review (Mar 3, 2021)

There aren't many 100% vegan restaurants (brick & mortars) here in Houston, Texas and Trendy Vegan is a new vegan establishment I've been wanting to try.

I'm still currently practicing "social distancing" so I ordered to-go but I had the Stir Fried Green Beens w/ white rice and it was delicious 😋

The green beans had a nice crisp texture and cooked with onion and garlic.

They offer many savory options but I'm limited on many dishes since I'm allergic to black pepper and chilli pepper 🌶️ (womp, womp) 😩

I will definitely order these delicious Stir Fried Green Beans in the future again and will try the Mushroom & Bok Choy as well 👌🏼
