Absolutely loved this dish. Awesome to see a plant based meal option at chain restaurant. They use the Fry’s Family prawn style pieces on top of a Bulgar Wheat salad with lentils and chickpeas and avo.

Huge bowl, great flavour. Love that it’s served in a compostable. Only
Problem I have is the plastic lid and condiment (olive oil and balsamic vinegar) containers.
