We are so lucky to have an amazing vegan Baker in our area. Ordered the toffee cake for a birthday & it was delicious. Nice moist (hate that word!!) sponge & really tasty icing. The toffee flavouring was just perfect. Like to support local rather than the big chains when I can too. #willows
