Review of Cheddar Style Shreds - Daiya by glitteredweb

Vegan Mac and cheese inspired by one of our favorite cookbooks "Vegan Cooking for Carnivores".

I follow the recipe but add eye measurement of Nutritional Yeast because it is delicious. I used Daiya cheese shreds in the recipe. Next time I think I will add bacon and bread crumbs as a topping. Unsure if there is a cookbook section. I really recommend this cookbook especially for new vegans.
