Ode to the humble tin of chick peas. If you haven’t made your own humus, I suggest doing so. Done in five minutes and to your taste. Mine is with lemon juice, tahini, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil and topped with sesame seeds. I like it chunky so it behaves on toast. #abillionlove
