This sauce is really yummy! It’s not too spicy, but spicy enough to really capture the Korean flavour inspiration. I used it both diluted as a marinade for tofu and as a sauce to top a meal with (swipe to see) and it worked great for both! It’s both soy free and gluten free which makes it a great allergy friendly option, especially as an awful lot of Asian inspired sauces contain both of these allergens. It is a little pricey at £3.50 in Tesco, but I got it on a Clubcard offer of £2.80 and I’d absolutely pay this offer price again!
