Hainanese Chicken Rice at CLOSED - Privé Robertson Quay — Nicholas Wong's Review (Feb 21, 2021)

first off, i generally don’t enjoy eating at restaurants that serve meat, even if they have vegan options, i’d just much rather eat an all-veg place. the last time i ate at prive was 2-3 years back when impossible just came on the market. this isn’t worth $18+ at all. it’s not bad but you can definitely find chicken rice on-par or better for $4-5. and the service and atmosphere doesn’t make up for $18 either. the broth is slightly salted warm water. it’s not a bad dish and i’m coming off harsh solely based on the price.
