The reason I picked this product up was because of the twin pack packaging. If you cook for 1 or 2 people, or make small batch meals this might be the product for you. The flavor of this tofu is neutral. I used it to make tofu maple bacon type meat alternative. I would get it again when cooking in smaller batches.
