Review of Valentine's Special Cupcake at Roa The Midnight Cake (Pick-up Only) by gretchforveg

Received this as gift from a friend. The beautiful rose design is specially for the valentine edition. The rose taste sweet and a bit powdery(?). The cake is good as usual - rich chocolaty taste, moist but not too sweet.
