Mirza Ghassemi at Shabestan — Dorra's Review (Feb 18, 2021)

Yes to restaurants coming up with their own vegan menu 👏👏👏 they didn't have this menu last year when I went. I LOVE Persian cuisine, their gravy reminds me so much of how we do things in Tunisia ❤ this appetizer is eggplant-based, a bit sour and has a dip-like texture. They offer you either rice or bread to your choosing. The only downside is that I expected more out of a 25$ appetizer 👀👀
