The croquette was absolutely delicious and crunchy with the lentils, potatoes, roasted walnuts, quinoa and mushrooms packed inside. The greens were fresh and the vegan mayonnaise a complementary addition to the patty. A gluten-free option is available and you can add on cheddar (without rennet) for a little extra.
