It’s my first time buying a protein supplement product as I have recently been working out more and hope this would help with my muscle recovery and gain. I can’t compare it to other brands since it’s my first time using such a product. I don’t have a protein mixing bottle so I just stir it into cold water. It tastes nice and refreshing, not overwhelming, though a tad sweet for me.
