I live this cheese, it’s the closest I’ve yet come to good quality cheese rather than fast cheese since going vegan. I don’t get it often as it’s $18-20 where I can source it, but it’s beautiful in appearance and texture. I mostly luxuriate in it alone with just crackers. Don’t like sharing XD
Has a mild aftertaste and falls a little short of the creaminess of the bries/Camemberts I enjoyed before cutting out dairy but it’s my fave!
