mmmm! i love it! the only thing is, i think i’m doing something wrong when i’m keeping it in the freezer...like we do ice creams...right? i don’t know why i have a memory of me reading somewhere that i have to keep this in the freezer? when i cut a piece after i take it out the freezer, the bottom of the cake tastes really dry (bc frozen) but after it’s defrosted it tastes sooo good with the ganache

svraphael88 I only have had the carrot cake version of this (unreal) and it says somewhere on it to keep it in the fridge when ready to eat. So I just keep it in the fridge, not the freezer :) So moist and yummy!!Reply
