Sacked off my healthy eating month to try this new addition to the all vegan bakery counter menu. It’s wonderful! The muffin is the same as usual (apple spice for winter period & strawberry for summer) sweet and soft inside and a crispy topping.
The custard is luxurious and is piped through the centre with a huge dollop on the top. The fresh forced rhubarb used is wonderful, such a vibrant colour and unique taste. All the flavours go wonderfully together and the muffin was gone within minutes!
