
Before I start a review, would love if my fellow vegan/vegetarian/plant based community could suggest a remedy for hair fall. This girl is going bald (due to some mistake in her diet) and any help would be useful
Now back to the review, I’ve been trying this vegan supplement for B12 and other vitamins. I like it, and It also helps my mom in maintaining her energy levels so I’ll give this a plus.

I had this issue for a period of time and began really bulking up on eating lots of beans + complementary carbs. So I have at least one big serving of beans (kidney, black, chickpeas) with sourdough bread/rice a day. This makes a big meal of complete protein, and supplement with soy milk/lots of tofu for dinner. Being vegan requires being quite careful about protein intake & once I started eating lots more beans, my hair fall problem resolved itself. Good luck!!
