Review of Vegan nachos at Hudsons The Burger Joint (Claremont) by kate13

I was very impressed with these vegan nachos from Hudson's!🌮 Santa Anna corn chips (my fav) topped with vegan mozarella, peppadews, salsa and guac. I asked for the sauce and jalapenos on the side and created a deconstructed nacho vibe which allowed me to decide how much I wanted to put on. It was a lovely light meal, not heavy at all and I left feeling satisfied not full which was great. Could easy share this meal too. 👏 One thing I would say though is there needed to be more beans.. #abillionlove
