The taste was fine.... however ...
I am upset about the packaging. I had not expected such small portions to be individually packed in thick plastic pouches. We are giving these to a friend who doesn’t have a proper kitchen and uses a lot of prepared food. We didn’t even open a second pouch, feeling so terrible after opening the box. We made quinoa and used one as sauce.... forgetting to take pictures.
This is one of two such mistakes I made this week getting all caught up in supporting companies whose products clearly wear the VEGAN label. I will be more vigilant going forward.
