The texture was not what I was hoping for-- I expected it to be more shred-like instead of a clumped consistency. The flavor was good. I do plan to try at least one more flavored jackfruit from this company in order to get a better idea of the texture. It was decent mixed in with rice

I just had the bbq one and it was squares, not shreds. They were hard to chop up too. I'm going back to the canned kind. I cook it in the instant pot for 3 minutes and it shreds super easy.
