Soy meatballs with mashed potatoes, brown sauce and lingonberry.
I love this! The mashed potatoes tastes A LITTLE store bought, but I mean it is store bought so... I think this is really good!
The meatballs are tasty and have great texture, the mashed potatoes have great flavor and is sometimes a bit stiff. The lingonberry goes great with the rest.
