Avocado Toast-ada

Lucha Loco

So yummy and delicious! The guac was flavorful, and the grilled cactus and corn were divine! This was part of their special monthly menu for this month but I hope they make it a regular add to their main menu!

 P.s Happy that 3/4 of their new special menu dishes are vegan!!!!
