Heirloom Organic Grit Cake Stack at Early Girl Eatery — andijordan's Review (Feb 1, 2021)

This was so good that I ordered it twice in one weekend. The tomato gravy is amazing! I honestly recommend ordering extra on the side. The grit cake is literally like a coaster shaped fried ball of grits so it’s super crispy on the outside and creamy grits on the inside and the mixture with all the zucchini, shiitake mushrooms, onion, squash, red pepper, and spinach is to die for! So good! Idk that I’ll ever order anything else on the menu ever again because it’s that good and flavorful.
