Love to use them in all sorts of recipes... from homemade cheese sauce or solid cheeses to cheesecakes or simply as a topping for pastas or salads!! Always works super well :)

Love cashews! Perfect for everything, one of my favourite nuts! I’m glad they’re well priced over in Portugal, they can be little bit expensive at times in the UK but I always pick them up on offer! 😋
