Review of Hainanese Trick’en Rice at Green Common Singapore by simhazel

Rice balls were bland, dry and didn’t taste remotely of the flavours you’d expect. Couple of heura chunks and beancurd skin. My omni friends liked the heura. I still prefer Privé’s Chicken Rice much more. Theirs has a stronger ginger aroma served hot. Gokul has a good one too. It’s all in the rice folks, it needs to be a warm embrace!

Green Common Singapore has only opened recently so perhaps there’s still inconsistencies when it comes to food prep, from the reviews I’ve read 🧐
