Review of Spicy Ramen at Herbivore by turtleisland

Got the spicy ramen set with gyoza! The ramen noodles were not bad, stringy and chewy! The broth could be spicier. The 3 layer “pork” was inventive too. The gyoza tasted v strongly of mushrooms and were nicely seared. Overall p good dish but the sushi rolls are still my fav! #veganuary
